二 | 　　财政部副部长廖岷在会上介绍，中国作为最大的发展中国家，已经连续多年稳居全球第二大商品消费市场和第一大网络零售市场，而且按照有关口径，中国也是全球最主要的消费品进口市场之一，各国的产品在中国也深受欢迎。所以消费需求正在成为中国经济增长的主动力，这一点日益凸显。我国有14亿人口，中等收入群体超过4亿人，2025年人均GDP超过1.3万美元，社会消费品零售总额也超50万亿元，最终消费支出对经济增长的贡献率达到52%。
