一 |     राज्य ब्यूरो,रांची । हाई स्कूल शिक्षक नियुक्ति की राज्यस्तरीय मेरिट लिस्ट को चुनौती देने वाले मामले में बुधवार को फैसला टल गया। जस्टिस दीपक रोशन की अदालत अब एक सितंबर को मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाएगी। एक अगस्त को 252 याचिकाओं पर सभी पक्षों की ओर से बहस पूरी होने के बाद अदालत ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। मेरिट लिस्ट को चुनौती देते हुए हाई कोर्ट में मीना कुमारी सहित कई  याचिकाएं दाखिल की गई हैं।,पूर्व में सुनवाई के दौरान वरीय अधिवक्ता अजीत कुमार, चंचल जैन और अधिवक्ता तेजस्विता सफलता ने अदालत को बताया था कि सरकार के जवाब में बहुत त्रुटियां है, इसलिए इस मामले में एक न्यायिक आयोग का गठन किया जाए, जो फैक्ट की जांच कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करे।,प्रार्थियों का कहना था कि मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार करने में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश का सही तरीके से पालन नहीं किया गया है। मेरिट लिस्ट में काफी त्रुटि है। सरकार और जेएसएससी की ओर से कहा गया था कि मेरिट लिस्ट में कोई त्रुटि नहीं है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के तहत ही मेरिट लिस्ट जारी की गई है।,झारखंड हाई कोर्ट के जस्टिस दीपक रोशन की अदालत में सहायक शिक्षक नियुक्ति मामले में दो वर्षीय बीएड योग्यता होने के बाद चयनित नहीं होने के खिलाफ दाखिल अवमानना याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई।,सुनवाई के दौरान जेएसएससी की ओर से अदालत को बताया कि इस मामले में खंडपीठ में अवमानना याचिका दाखिल की गई है। जेएसएससी की ओर से प्रार्थियों के लिए दो सौ सीट सुरक्षित रखी गई है। ऐसे में अब अवमानना याचिका दाखिल करना उचित नहीं है। अदालत ने आयोग से जवाब मांगते हुए अगली सुनवाई 14 अक्टूबर को निर्धारित की है। इस संबंध में विप्लव दत्ता सहित अन्य की ओर से हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की गई है। पूर्व में सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत को बताया गया था कि दो वर्षीय बीएड की योग्यता होने पर आयोग की ओर से उन्हें नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया से बाहर कर दिया गया है।,आयोग का कहना था कि नियुक्ति विज्ञापन में एक साल बीएड करने की शर्त लगाई गई है, इसलिए प्रार्थियों को बाहर रखा गया। तब अदालत ने दो सौ सीट सुरक्षित रखने का आदेश दिया था।。    Moscow, Oct 9 (UNI) Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to strengthen measures for protecting transport crossing through the Kerch Strait, the power grid connecting Crimea and the main gas pipeline to the peninsula.



Putin on Saturday authorized the Russian Federal Security Service to organize and coordinate measures to effectively protect these facilities, said the decree published by the Kremlin.



Earlier on Saturday, a deadly blast hit the 19-km Crimean Bridge, which consists of two parallel routes for automobiles and trains over the Kerch Strait.



A truck exploded on the road bridge, causing seven fuel tanks of a train heading to the Crimean Peninsula to catch fire. Three people were killed in the blast, which also led to the partial collapse of two spans of the road bridge.



Traffic has reopened to cars and buses with a full inspection procedure needed, while trucks are still required to cross the Kerch Strait by ferry, Crimea's head Sergei Aksyonov said.



Meanwhile, the railway service on the bridge has been fully restored and all scheduled trains, both for passengers and freight, will be able to cross the viaduct, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said on late Saturday.
