一 | 中新网8月25日电 据中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组、山东省纪委监委消息：日前，经中央纪委国家监委批准，中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组、山东省聊城市监委对中国建设银行河南省分行原党委书记、行长石永拴严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。
经查，石永拴丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，违反中央八项规定精神，违规收受礼品、接受宴请；组织原则缺失，在职工录用方面违规为他人谋取利益；违反廉洁纪律，违规经商办企业，拥有非上市公司股份，借用管理和服务对象钱款；违反工作纪律，违规干预业务；利用职务便利为他人在企业贷款、基金设立等方面谋取利益，并非法收受巨额财物。 (ECNS) -- Ning Boyu, a principal engineer at China's tech giant Huawei, recently announced on social media that he has left the company and will pursue postdoctoral research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. Explaining his decision, Ning said that during his time at Huawei, he noticed a gap between industry needs and academic research. Ning said he has received a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellowship and will conduct research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. He plans to return to China after completing the program. Widely known as a member of Huawei’s Top Minds program, the 30-year-old described his three years at the company as a valuable experience that sharpened his skills and allowed him to forge lasting friendships with colleagues. Asked about the “Top Mind” label, Ning admitted that after joining Huawei, he realized he was not necessarily the most outstanding employee in terms of either technical ability or intellect. This led him to question whether he truly deserved the title. In his own assessment, his strengths include a passion for research, a willingness to delve deeply into problems, a habit of getting to the root of issues, and an ability to simplify complex matters. However, he also acknowledged several weaknesses, including an average memory, difficulty multitasking, a tendency to have many scattered ideas, and a mind that often jumps from one thought to another in both work and daily life. Recently, Ning helped a relative sell freshly harvested corn. He described it as a completely new experience that gave him a deeper appreciation of the challenges faced by people from all walks of life.

石永拴严重违反党的组织纪律、廉洁纪律和工作纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大甚至十九大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重、影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经中国建设银行党委研究，决定给予石永拴开除党籍处分；经中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组研究，决定按规定取消其享受的退休待遇；收缴其违纪违法所得；经山东省聊城市监委研究，决定将石永拴涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。【编辑:陈海峰】。
