二 | 市民们说:“政府想得真周到,我们在家门口遛弯就可以查看天气预报了!” 市气象局近期实施规划建设的城市气象灾害预警信息显示屏,将按照安装规划落地在市劳动公园、顺城区大自然小学、东洲区萨尔浒风景区、新宾赫图阿拉城景区、清原筐子沟景区等15处地点,标志着城市安全运行气象服务保障系统项目建设实现阶段性进展。 据了解,抚顺城市安全运行气象保障系统项目,具体由雪深监测站、城市积水监测站、气象灾害预警信息显示屏、气象服务保障平台等构成。其中,监测系统方面将新建20套雪深监测站,20套城区积水气象站,配置城市安全运行气象服务保障系统平台,实现城市内涝、积雪等气象要素监测,为城市数据大脑提供专业化、精细化、智慧化的气象服务保障。 今年以来,市气象局等部门将气象重大核心科研攻关纳入全市科技创新总体规划,支持开展气象核心业务领域科学研究或科研项目建设。强化重大气象灾害发生机理、极端天气、卫星遥感和天气雷达等领域的科学研究和技术攻关。加强人工智能、大数据、云计算与气象深度融合应用。 市气象局还会同市科技局、各县(区)政府建立气象关键核心技术联合攻关机制,推动核心业务领域项目、资金优化配置。加强科研业务能力攻关团队建设,建立以业务需求为导向的科研立项机制,打造集科学实验、科技创新、科研合作、科研业务融合的综合性创新平台。健全了科技成果转化应用机制和创新激励机制,推动科技创新成果与气象业务和气象服务有效衔接。 责任编辑:李丹。
